Money is a subject that is rarely spoken about. We have also witnessed over the years how it can be a constant source of stress for clients.

In some cases it is the root cause to their physical pain.

As an example:

  • The lower back represent security in all areas of your life.
  • Your upper back and shoulders – bearing the weight of your problems.

So were you aware that a recurring back pain could stem from periods in time when you felt insecure e.g threat of redundancy, constantly feeling like you never have enough money, worry about retirement etc.

Likewise do you notice that you get neck and upper back pain or headaches only during those times when, you’re feeling conflicted maybe you hate your job or your boss but way too busy to look for a new job, let alone get to interviews, you’re worried about what’s next and when it might happen but know you can’t leave this situation because you need the money?

Having a constant level of stress about your finances can have an impact on your body and show itself as physical pain. By learning how you can have more control over your financial security both right now and for the future you can not only feel calmer within yourself but also resolve your physical symptoms too when this is the root cause.

Whilst those events can still happen in life your perception and reaction to them can be changed and prevent the physical pain we will expand upon that in this section.

The thing is we don’t get taught about personal finances and money management when we’re at school. Then we are left to the knowledge that our parents , friends, collegues. Plus that is assuming that they share that knowledge, that it is up to date and they are savvy with their money too….

We feel that this whole subject area needs to be spoken about more in a safe, knowledgeable space. It is amazing the impact of feeling financial secure in the here and now and for the rest of our lives has on our health and it is something that we can all achieve with the right help.

Consistency is key.  How are you going to apply that?

I can only assume this book is now out of print by the price it is being sold at.  It may well be worth checking on sites such as eBay first.

So often we can be so overwhelmed that we never start.  The key to success is those small steps and actions that we make consistently. 

This book is great for helping you to get into that mindset and covers some great tips on how you can get started.  It’s a really empowering read and really highlights how seemingly insignificantly small changes when done consistently can create massive change.
