Mindset
Mindset is often talked about in relation to performance, in personal development, business or sport, but understanding how the mind works can have a huge impact on our health and well-being.
Our beliefs, thoughts and attitudes influence how we perceive the world, the choices we make and what we think is possible for us.
In this section we aim to inspire you through learning about the true power and influence of your mind.
What you’ll learn in this section:
- Where beliefs come from.
- The different levels of the mind and what they do
- Modalities that can help you change the way you think and act
- Understand how your mind and your thoughts affect your body
A healthy mind really does create a healthy body and you have more control and influence than you may realise on both.
We will also look at the various therapies and modalities available to help look after our mindset and create the positive change that you aspire to, it is entirely possible once you know what your options are.

The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy
The Compound Effect
This is a really accessible good read. It brings home the effects of the small changes you do everyday and how they can build up. In a good way or a bad way…..
Consistency is key. How are you going to apply that?
I can only assume this book is now out of print by the price it is being sold at. It may well be worth checking on sites such as eBay first.
The Anti-Anxiety Food Solution by Trudy Scott.
The Anti-Anxiety Food Solution
This is an interesting book. It covers addictions, depression and anxiety. So often you can think these things are generated by the mind.
However, as Trudy explains sometimes the answer lies in the food and nutrition your brain receives in order to stay calm, relaxed and improve your mood.
E Cubed by Pam Grout
E Cubed
This is an evolution on E squared and still very enjoyable to do.
It helps to keep that part of your brain that filters out so much (RAS or Reticular activating system) trained and focused.
I’ll never forget speaking to Lorna about the pennies from heaven experiments. Then coming across 1 & 2p’s scattered down the road. We got all competitive and ended up racing each other to pick them up, laughing excitedly as we did
E Squared by Pam Grout
E Squared
This is an excellent book. It really highlights how what you are looking for is there all along, you just need to train your brain to see it. Packed full of experiments you can do at home to start manifesting.
I’ll never forget parking up next to the purple car with the pink dots. As for what that means you’ll have to read the book….!!!
