This site is about all aspects of health and well-being and that includes acknowledging and supporting our spiritual side too.

This is not about religion or following a particular faith, but exploring that more etheric side to being a human.

As someone once put it to me, when you close you eyes and watch your thoughts pop up, who is doing the watching? Call it your soul, spirit, inner guidance whatever feels right for you, but it need to be acknowledged too.

In this section we’ll share ways of exploring and nurturing your spirit or soul. How to connect to that inner self, your inner wisdom, that deeper part of you that you know is there and wants to be expressed and show itself to the world.

Whether you already feel a connection to your spiritual side or are just starting to explore that concept, we hope this area of the site will give you food for thought and new ways of connecting with that part of you.

I’m currently reading this one.  Whilst he recites some of the research in his previous books, it is a great reminder. 

This book illustrates the changes that happen on his advanced retreats demonstrating how powerful the mind can be in healing the body and how we can achieve these states.  They’re accessible to us all with practise.

This is less in depth than ‘You Can Heal Your Life’.

You can heal your body focuses mainly on conditions and how they can manifest. 

In addition there is the reference table at the back for specific conditions and also regions of the spine.
