Booking Terms and Conditions – 1 to 1 Sessions.

There is no obligation to book following a free zoom/telephone chat.

Paid for sessions:

Appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
If you decide that PSYCH-K isn’t for you after our 30 minute introduction call e-mail us at – hello@itsallabouthealth.co.uk and you will be refunded in full.
If you pay for a block of 3 sessions and do not need them all then you will be refunded at the pro-rata rate for the remaining number of sessions. Please e-mail when this is relevant.
You have the right to cancel at any time.
You must give 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule an appointment otherwise you will be charged in full for the session.
If you arrive late for a booked session time you will only have the time remaining and not the full 60 minutes. E.g. if you are 10 minutes late your session the duration will be 50 minutes.
Notes will be taken during a PSYCH-K session. Afterwards we can provide a summary of what has been discussed and the Balances carried out. With your permission we can e-mail this summary to you for your records. Please note that information transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as 100% secure. We will confirm with you whether you would like this information e-mailed after each session.

Confidentiality

During a PSYCH-K® 1-1 session, Lorna Kennard or Rachael Wall will take notes. By booking a session you are agreeing to this process. These notes and everything discussed in the session are private and confidential please read the Privacy policy which gives information of how your information will be stored.

PSYCH-K® Disclaimer

The PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to changing Beliefs. Its purpose is to activate the natural self-healing processes of the mind/body in order to complement, not substitute, the usual, normal and common treatments and medical care practiced by qualified physicians. The PSYCH-K® process is not intended to deliver medical diagnoses. PSYCH-K® is also not intended to treat, heal or cure diseases, illnesses, physical disabilities, medical problems or psychological disorders in chronic or acute form.
