Testimonials, Reviews and Case Studies Policy

Last Updated: 26th August 2026

This policy explains how Sittingwell Ltd trading as It’s All About Health collects, prepares, publishes and manages testimonials, reviews and case studies.

1. Our approach

We want published feedback and case studies to be genuine, transparent and based on real experiences. We do not create, commission or knowingly publish fake reviews, misleading testimonials or misleading case-study information.

2. Testimonials and case studies

We may invite a client to provide feedback or take part in a case study. Case studies are intended to give a fuller account of a person’s experience and may include background information, their reasons for seeking support, the approach used and their own description of what changed for them.

We will obtain the client’s agreement before publishing identifiable information, quotations, photographs or other personal material.

We may edit a case study for length, clarity, grammar or privacy, but we will not deliberately change the meaning of the client’s experience or make claims that the client did not make.

3. Discounted case-study participation

In some circumstances, we may offer discounted sessions to a client who agrees to take part in a case study. This may enable someone who would otherwise be unable to afford sessions to receive support, while also recognising the additional time and effort involved in contributing to a detailed case study.

The discount is provided in connection with participation in the case-study process, not in return for positive feedback or a particular outcome.

Clients are free to describe their experience honestly. Their contribution may be positive, mixed or critical, and they are not required to report a particular result.

Where discounted sessions or another benefit have been provided in connection with a published case study or testimonial, we will clearly disclose this so that readers understand the nature of the arrangement.

4. Reviews and negative feedback

Where we collect or publish consumer reviews, we do not suppress a genuine review simply because it is negative or mixed. We may refuse or remove content that appears fake, does not relate to a genuine experience, is abusive, threatening, defamatory or unlawful, reveals personal or confidential information, contains spam or advertising, or is otherwise materially misleading.

5. Fake or misleading reviews

Fake reviews and concealed incentivised reviews are prohibited. If we become aware that published feedback may be fake, misleading or inadequately disclosed, we will investigate and take reasonable and proportionate steps, which may include correcting a disclosure, removing the content or contacting the contributor for clarification.

6. Health and wellbeing outcomes

Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee that another person will experience the same result and should not be treated as a promise of outcome.

7. Updating or withdrawing consent

If you have provided a testimonial or case-study contribution and want to discuss an update, correction or future use, contact Contact Us Page . Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent for future use. This will not make prior lawful use unlawful and we may retain limited records where necessary to evidence permissions or legal compliance.
