Hay fever, also known as allergic rhinitis is thought to be one of the most common allergies in the UK, well in the world.
The most tragic thing about this figure. Is that so far in our experience this is an allergy that can be helped very quickly and effectively.
The common symptoms you may experience include:
- Coughing.
- Sneezing.
- Runny or stuffy nose.
- Itchy or watery eyes
- Itchy throat, nose, or ears.
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Less commonly a loss of smell or taste.

All of these can leave you feeling thoroughly miserable. Exhausted. You just want some respite. Many people dread ‘the hay fever’ season coming.
When Is The Hay Fever Season?
In the UK, hay fever is most commonly triggered by pollen from grasses, trees, and weeds.
The season’s below are a rough guide as it will depend on the weather. As we know here in the UK the seasons can vary a lot and differ from one year to another.
If you suffer with hay fever symptoms over the winter e.g. in January this most likely will be due to leaf moulds rather than pollen.
Tree pollen: Typically starts in late March to early April and peaks in May.
Grass pollen: Usually peaks from mid-May to July, with June being the peak month.
Weed pollen: Peaks in the late summer and early autumn, usually from June to September.
Treatment Options For Hay Fever
There are a range of treatment options available which include antihistamines, nasal corticosteroids, decongestants, leukotriene receptor antagonists, and immunotherapy.
From a natural approach you may have tried local honey, nasal saline rinses, quercitin, butterbur, vitamin C, nettles or other herbal/vitamin remedies.
These approaches more often than not manage rather than resolve your symptoms. How would you like hay fever to be a thing of the past?
It may surprise you to learn that the answer could be currently held within your subconscious mind….
First Insight Into A Natural Solution For Hayfever

Let me tell you a little story about our first ‘oh wow’ moment.
During our PSYCH-K® health and well-being training in 2017, a fellow participant was repeating the course. She was recounting her experience of practicing the Process we were about to learn with her husband.
It turned out that her husbands hay fever had nothing to do with pollen. It was due to a specific event that happened when he was 8 years old. She asked him if he could think of anything.
The memories flooded back. He was with his friends at a convent school. They all decided to jump over the fence from the playing fields into the wild meadow next door.
The strictest nun in the convent found them!
It was the days of caning, so they all received their punishment….
Releasing the Event - The True Cause His Of Hay Fever
It was a traumatic experience his body never wanted to have again. “Stay away from fields we’ll get caned ” is actually what the hay fever symptoms meant. The hay fever was an alarm signal. His bodies way of keeping him safe.
Her husband was amazed once he learned this information and even more so once that trauma was released. Hay fever gone! Something he’d suffered with since he was 8 years old. It wasn’t a pollen allergy but a nun allergy.
Over the years I’ve seen different derivatives of this. Each time the hay fever was not due to the tree/grass/flower pollen. There was a link that needed to be removed between pollen and either a person, event or situation.
Your body mistakenly connects the two events.
Once that link is released your symptoms can resolve, because the alarm signal no longer needs to be sounded.
Hay Fever. Your Bodies Way Of Protecting You?
Your body thinks it is protecting you, doing the right thing, preventing you from experiencing that pain again. It can’t judge life from the perspective that we can from conscious thought. It can’t see the outside world.
Your sub-conscious minds role is to protect you, keep you away from the threat. It does that by creating your symptoms, wanting you to get to safety. Creating coughing, sneezing, blocked nose, streaming eyes. You sub-conscious is saying. ‘Please stay away, we need to stay away the same event may happen again.
We’re taught to take medications/supplements to suppress the symptoms. Make life more tolerable. The problem is, until you remove the source of the issue you’ll never be free from those symptoms until you release the memory of the original danger held at the body-mind level.

Another example of this is from Lorna herself. We had a rescue dog Eddie. They were both at the end of the garden at our old house. Lorna went to remove something from his foot. He span round and bit her, drew blood. Lorna then developed a beech tree pollen allergy (not great when you have a beech tree at the end of your garden and live near an ancient woodland full of beech trees) As soon as we released the perceived stress from that event, pollen allergy, gone.

Client Testimonial
Rachael really changed my life when she helped my hay fever using PSYCH-K®.
Prior to seeing her I took strong antihistamines daily from March until September. My hay fever had a debilitating effect on my daily life with constant itchy eyes and throat and never being far from a box of tissues to always blow my nose.
My session has really changed my life as I haven’t had to take any antihistamines this year. I feel lighter in life, not taking daily drugs and constantly blowing my nose. Now I can again enjoy the summer.
