How Does A PSYCH-K® Online Session Work?

We’re often asked how a PSYCH-K® session works when it’s on-line.

In this article we will describe everything that happens so that you are aware of what the full PSYCH-K® online session experience entails.

First Part Of A PSYCH-K® Online Session

If this is your first ever PSYCH-K® session with us, we begin with a Zoom call where you will have the opportunity to describe the issue that you would like help with.

Firstly you will describe what is going on.  All of the elements you want to change and how they affect your life. 

Once you’ve clarified what it is you want to change,  we discuss how you want things to be instead.

This maybe the first time you have thought about this so it can be helpful, although not essential, to spend some time beforehand really thinking on what you want the outcome to be.  This needs to be from a positive perspective. If you could wave a magic wand and experience your perfect new reality what would it look and feel like:

  • What would you do instead?
  • What actions will you take?
  • How will you be with the people around you?
  • What things will you do differently?
  • How will living your new life make you feel?

 

Once you have clearly defined what you want, we move onto the part of the session where you will create the subconscious change needed to support you in your goal from the sessions.

The Main Part Of The Online PSYCH-K® Session

This is when we will find out the subconscious belief changes needed to help you to get to where you want to be.

You choose how you would like to start:

  • You may want to transform the perception of a stressful situation (past, present or future).
  • There may be specific beliefs you know you need to change or have in place to achieve your goal.
  • Or we can find out if there are any messages to your condition or situation.  These are core beliefs that need to be in place, some of which you may not be consciously aware of.
 

The choice is yours and the PSYCH-K® Process always guides us in the right direction anyway.

How Do You Find Out What The Beliefs Are Over Zoom?

If we were in the same room together we would use muscle testing to access your stored subconscious beliefs.  As we can’t do that over Zoom we use a pendulum.

So that you can see your subconscious minds beliefs we do a quick process called surrogation.  It takes a few seconds and allows you to see your subconscious beliefs by the way that the pendulum swings.  

What Is Surrogation?

We are all connected energetically.  The simplest way of explaining surrogation is to think of it as tuning into your radio station and showing you what is playing in your subconscious mind by the way that the pendulum moves.

How A Pendulum Represents Your Subconscious Beliefs

We will hold the pendulum up clearly on screen so you can see it then demonstrate which way it rotates when you have a ‘yes’ response and a ‘no’ response.

You will then see exactly the same answers as you would if we were in a room together.  

A ‘yes’ response is when a statement you say is true to your subconscious mind.

A ‘no’ response is when a statement is not at that moment in time held as a truth within your subconscious mind.

We will then work through the full PSYCH-K® Process find out the wisdom and new beliefs you need to embed into your subconscious mind.  This is done by finding out the core beliefs that are essential to create the lasting change for you.  We do this through belief statements.

What Is A Belief Statement?

Think of it as a positive affirmation.  It is a positively stated, present tense statement that is personal to you.

It’s an instruction to your subconscious mind to how you want to be.

For example:

  • I am healthy and happy.
  • I am worthy of the best life.
  • I make healthy food choices.
  • I am fit, strong and mobile.

Our role as facilitators is to help you to find this wisdom held within. Every step of the PSYCH-K® Process ensures that the statement we work on is exactly the right one you need to install at a subconscious level to help you create the changes you want in life.

How Do I Create Subconscious Change Online?

In order to create subconscious change within a PSYCH-K® session, you will complete what we call Balance Processes. 

These are different protocols which create a whole brain state, where both sides of your brain communicate effectively with each other. When your mind is in this state it allows your subconscious to be amenable to change.  Each Balance last 2-5 minutes.

During your session your subconscious mind tells us which Balance it needs to create change at that time.  It can be different for each belief change we create so is always individual to what your brain needs.  We will ask and you will see the answers through the pendulum.

Once we know what the best Process is, we will talk you through it and you will create the change in exactly the same way as you would if we were in the room together.

Once you have finished the Process we will double check that you know hold that new belief and celebrate.  This Process is repeated until all the necessary subconscious change has been completed.

Does It Take Longer To Get Results Online?

We actually find that change often happens quicker working online than in person. 

We can achieve more in the same time because we are already well practiced in using a pendulum.  We can get to asking the questions of your Higher Self and subconscious mind and work through the sequence of questions much more quickly than if we were in the room together.

What Happens At The End Of An Online Session?

An online session ends in just the same way as an in-person session. You will set some actions that you will do afterwards to help create the permanent change you are seeking from our work together.  These are as important as the session itself.

If you have booked a package, we then set the date for the next session. Otherwise, if you want to we book a time to check in with you at a later date. This can be a phone call, a short 15 minute Zoom chat or email. The choice is yours.

People find this really helpful, firstly to help with accountability for the action steps they set, but also to have a time to reflect on where they started and how things are now.
